Countries
of operation
Nature operates from Jersey, with it’s principal international
activities carried out through subsidiaries in Stavanger Norway and in Gibraltar (as Nature Port Reception
Facilities). Engineering and support services are also providedto Nature
in the UK southwest region.

Shares in issue and listed on AIM and Plus Markets: The company has
in issue 39,310,155 ordinary shares of 0.2p each. There are no restrictions
on transfer of shares. Percentage of the issued shares of the Company
not in public hands is estimated to be 47.10% Options in respect of 2,325,000 shares have been issued to certain Directors and Senior Executives.
